We offer returns for all vinyl products within 30 days from receipt of delivery.

 

Note: We will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days and confirm it with a personal e-mail.  You should see the refund in your bank account or on your credit card statement within a maximum of 7 business days after the refund is issued.

We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us.  Occasionally, we know you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days.  You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

 

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.  To exercise your cancellation right please contact us via email.

As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products within 30 days from receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition. To return an item please contact us via email.

 

Note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation as described above.

 

Please remember, each item returned must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means that items must be returned unused and undamaged.

All orders are processed within 1-2 days.  Orders are not shipped on Sundays or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

 

Should we experience a high volume of orders at any point, shipments may be delayed by a few days in which case we ask you allow upto 2 additional days for delivery.  In the instance of a significant delay in shipment of your order due to technical issues, lack of base materials etc, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom and Channel Islands.
